The Transitional Wellbeing team worked with project partners to provide outreach support to school and college students. Whether a student has chosen university, a job, apprenticeship or a gap year, these resources were designed to help prepare students for the future, their transition from school and college and ways to effectively manage change.
The Transitional Wellbeing team focused on 3 topics; Emotional Fitness, Next Steps and Getting Ahead. Each topic has a pre-recorded version of the presentation, a link to the presentation should practitioners wish to present themselves, a link to a digital magazine and resources to run as part of a workshop.
Alongside digital packs for schools and colleges, the team also created resources for Teachers and Parents & Guardians to use. These cover a range of topics including mental health and emotional wellbeing.
